Session 2: Personal sensing and autonomy

Data from sensors have become a ubiquitous part of life in wearable devices, automobiles, home appliances, and more. Researchers are now able to use this data to address challenges around personal health and wellbeing, and how we interact with our surroundings. This session explored how researchers are using these data streams to better understand personal and community dynamics.
