Originally, I was going to make one massive video about Rogue Squadron but due to time constraints with what's going on in my life currently and because I wouldn't have been able to get this video out before the end of the month, I decided to split the video in half to give me time to finish writing/researching and recording the final half.
Because Rogue Squadron has appeared in a heavy amount of material over the years, naturally there are a few events not included in this video, so before you say "But Tadd, It's not a complete history since you didn't include *insert obscure magazine short story, rpg book short story, or any other sources or references I couldn't actually get a hold of without a time machine*" please understand that I did the best I could to paint the most complete picture of Rogue Squadron's achievements in the Star Wars Expanded Universe (legends) canon. I tried to include as much as I could without turning the video from an entertaining documentary style lore video into an obscenely long list of events. I'm halfway through the audio book version of the Rogue Squadron series by Michael Stackpole rn (been listening for the first time at work when I have the chance, to stave off the monotony) and I've mostly enjoyed them so far; as ever the original EU wipes the floor with the dreadful disney era's vapid content. Holy shit, I never noticed that the Kothlis mission in Rogue Leader is connected to Shadows of the Empire! That's so cool! Man, the developers of the Rogue Squadron series seemed to love the EU! Rogue Squadron 1 was full of Dark Empire stuff!

Btw, it's really cool to have a chronological list of all the Rogue Squadron levels!

Also, I like that you mentioned that Rogue Squadron was renamed Red Squadron for the Battle of Endor. I always liked this little detail.
