How to add users to DS. Follow along with Pelco knowledge base article 12191.

Hi, I have the following issue:
As soon as I go to work and the admin password is not the one that my administrator left me, besides that when I try to enter with that password, it does not allow me to access, besides it tells me that it is disabled, there is some way to prescribe the password and re-enable the account (I don't have another user)
