my father in law and his four brothers have common business in lahore and Karachi. a case is under hearing in the arbitration of S A Sarvana a retired sind high court judge from 2001.My father in law lived in lahore and purchased some properties after separation from his brothers. My brother in law sold a godown and a plot from these properties and a plot which is under arbitration in karachi.He did not give any share to his three sisters.Can we take legal action in Karachi as we live here.Jazakulla.

السلام علیکم ۔۔۔۔سر میرے چچا اور چچازاد میری زمین پر 15 سال سے قابض تھے پھر میں نے تقسیم کا دعوی دائر کیا اب عدالت نے مجھے قبضہ دیا اور اب جب میں جاتا ہوں تو وہ مجھے ڈرا دھمکا کے وہاں پر نہیں چھوڑتے ۔۔۔۔اس کا کوئی حل بتا دے اور دوسری بات یہ کہ جتنا عرصہ یہ لوگ میری زمین پر قابض تھے کیا میں حاصل کا دعوی کسی دوسرے شہر کے عدالت میں دائر کر سکتا ہوں کیونکہ یہاں پر ان لوگوں سے میری جان کو بھی خطرہ ہے
