NATO Sends Joint Dutch & German Patriot Missile Defence force to Slovakia

A Dutch & German MIM-104 Patriot surface-to-air missile system detachment, led by Germanys Air Missile Defence Wing 1(Flugabwehrraketengeschwader 1), deployed to Sliač Air Base, Slovakia, in April 2022. The detachment has undergone training drills to integrate with NATO Integrated Air and Missile Defence Command and Control System (NATINAMDS) to bolster Slovakia's air defences and bolster the defences of Eastern Europe's NATO member states and allies.

This additional NATO defence deployment which follows thousands of troops and hundreds of military assets deployed in Eastern Europe, is a direct result of Russia's illegal and unprovoked invasion of Ukraine

seems rather symbolic as Russia 🇷🇺 can surely saturate this air space and overwhelme a few launchers like this ? what more is there from NATO regarding defending this air space with AAA ?
