Biden stuttered as a boy and for someone to say "he only stuttered 5 times in his speech accepting the nomination, first of all he did not, I saw his speech, second that is making fun of someone who greatly overcame a language handicap and third he gave a boy who has a stuttering problem a lot of confidence to speak on national television. It's saying a lot about someone who would make fun of someone who has a speech impairment. Biden spoke very smoothly and with confidence. That is the truth.
