It is cool how it’s shaped like a heart.

Too bad mine stopped working when I took a bite.

*Ingredients*
For the cookie pie:
200g unsalted butter, softened
250g light brown sugar
1 large egg
1tsp vanilla
320g plain flour
½tsp bicarbonate of soda
200g chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
400-500g Nutella

For the icing:
50g unsalted butter, softened
1tsp vanilla
100g icing sugar
A dash of pink food colouring
Pink sprinkles
Freeze dried strawberries

1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan)

2) Line a heart cake tin with baking paper.

3) Cream together the butter and sugar in a large bowl.

4) Add the egg and vanilla and mix until well combined.

5) Add the flour and bicarbonate of soda and mix to form a dough.

6) Add the chocolate chips and fold them in.

7) Press ⅔ of the dough into your cake tin and press it down, creating a lip around the edge.

8) Scoop the Nutella into the tin and level it out.

9) Put the remaining dough on top and seal the edges.

10) Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.

11) Bake for 25 minutes.

12) For the icing, add the butter and vanilla to a bowl and gradually whisk in the icing sugar.

13) Add the food colouring and whisk until combined.

14) Pipe the icing around the edge of the cooled cookie pie.

15) Sprinkle some pink sprinkles and freeze dried strawberries over the icing.

16) Enjoy!
