Thank you so much for the help, i was stuck. Because i couldn't get it right, the problem is i was doing it incorrectly.

This way isn't always accurate; you may check off zeros that are incorrect but still divide nicely or you may get zeros that are correct but don't divide nicely. If you want to do synthetic division, retry each possible zero with the original setup for synthetic division, and not the result of the previous zero's division. Doing it this way is a bit more time consuming, but always accurate. Alternatively, and more commonly, you can simply plug in your possible zero into the original equation to see if you end up with 0. If you do not, then it is not a zero.
