Purchased a used Leer topper and have waited several weeks for parts. First wrong parts were sent then reordered and now, 4 weeks for delivery. Excuses after excuses. I still have a terrible feeling about parts.Guess Canadians are treated differently

Does the 100XQ come with the tailgate skirt attached to the glass for an 18 Ram 2500? Or does the skirt attach to the tailgate? Thanks.
