the gimdow app no longer seems to function as it can't connect to network and is no longer on the play store, and i see reports this version of the lock is incompatible with smart life/tuya. which explains why i cant get it to be recognized. do you have a working app you use for this now?

Mortise lock has two latch, one is used to lock the door and the other to keep the door closed.Is it fit with mortise lock if there is no handle at outside for the latch which is used to keep the door closed?
