What is crazy is I saw a reddit story that was very similar. This guy had an ex who was pretty toxic towards him and I think it messed with him. He now has a fiancee (or maybe wife?) and a kid with another woman. One day he is on her computer (cause they live together and share stuff often, so he didn't see an issue with it). And while on the computer he found a file called XX (if i remember correctly) and it was TONS of photos of his ex- his ex lives in another country now, and she isnt traveling. He is reading this while holding their child and she is out of the house. When writing about it on reddit he explains that his fiancee (wife?) also seemed to take up hobbies his ex did, but it was gradual over time so he didnt notice. She was much better to him, but she was changing her appearance to look exactly like his ex. She took up his ex's hobies, wears the same clothes, changed her hair.
It basically ends with him being like, how much of my fiancee (wife?) is actually my wife? And how much of it is my ex in her body? It honestly a wild story
