Lady you need to prepare for the interview. Your questions are not loaded. Its like you not sure what to ask. No questions on the court proceedings and a lot of questions remain unanswered. You not cut for this

It's the laughter that irritates me when talking to someone who's emotional

I personally think the justice in South Africa has failed this poor woman and the presenter keeps asking her these absurd questions as if she's not well prepared or incompetent or something..

I will suggest the TV crew must also interview the family of the deceased coz somethings that she is saying are not true. I stand to be corrected, the girl/lady in talk here disappeared for some days if not weeks before she was found dead. The story of the community beating the lady to death at her house is different from the initial story.

So sorry Tinyiko. Sadly the presenter is poorly prepared. She failed to get one of the best stories.

Does any of u know if a robber comes into your house, u kill them and there is no proof u were in danger and protecting yoself, ur gone like this lady. That is how our justice system works, she needs strong representation this one she can fight this sentence to even be lowered. I watched a lot of crime shows like her story.

Don't blame the interviewer English is not her mother tongue and secondly we must not forget so easily that English came here by Ship. It is possible that English was used as a language for purposes of this interviews. So people must stop blaming others for not being able to fluently taking the language of colonisers and cruel oppressors instead you should be assisting other than leveling unfair criticism. This cause you to lose focus on the main message in this case which is about injustice that we experienced on daily basis throughout our Courts here in RSA. Talking from experience I know what the offender went through as I personally experienced the same though on different facts and merits. Having being accused of a crime I didn't do with grossly conflicting evidence aduced in Court I was convicted. My only luck was the fact that I was given an option of fine instead of direct imprisonment. I couldn't even persue my legal option of appeal afterwards because the docket disappeared. Hope everyone will now understand the main message of this interview instead of bring side tracked by other things raising concerns about language of oppressor not being spoken or pronounced to the proud of Masters in England. Regards

I am not getting anyone in the comments section discourage criminals to steal from people's households & that says a lot about people in the comment's section.

It’s alleged that the deceased and this lady had a disagreement. Which later led this lady to force the now deceased into a car and driven off. (It’s unclear if the assault had taken place at this point or it happened after). It is said by the family that the now deceased was missing for quite sometime while the alleged perpetrator was no where to be found. I’d advise the interviewer to learn facts from both sides and prepare fully so as to ask the uncomfortable truth and really dig in to what happened. Also what evidence has the interviewer looked at in relation to the so called robbery at gun point? There is much that doesn’t make sense here.

The court could have not convicted and sentenced her if there was no factual evidence that she was involved in the killing. She is not being honest.
