Hii guys! So this video is basically when there is alot of noise, I get very overwhelmed. Some things I don't mind for example my friends and me, but if my whole class is talking it's very stressful. Therefore I use music to block all of the sound out. Yet if there is music in my house playing abit loud but its a song i don't really like, I still get overwhelmed. I usually wear headphones while listening to my playlist, in full blast XD. Even when im on a call with my friends i usually have it in the background. Its just a bit of comfort to me...

YES I RELATE SO MUCH TO THE DESCRIPTION like I have quite a big friend group at school, and there all so loud it just ends up with me being alone all the time, I’m sat there covering my ears crying cause of the noise and the only person who actually sits with me is one friend who knows that I don’t like loud noises, then they ask me what’s wrong and I tell them there being loud but then they tell me “but your sometimes loud eswell” and it’s so hard and annoying and music just helps everything. Idk wether anything what I just wrote made sense
