Been practicing vocal techniques and learning to use the diaphragmatic breathing, and being able to differentiate between when I'm using proper or improper technique just attempting to learn how to sing for about 8 months now. I typically practice between 2 or 3 hours a day but occasionally up to 5 hours. Not much progress has been made yet, although I think of the voice as its own instrument therefore it requires as much practice and work as learning an instrument.
