Don't disrespect our President when we make comments which could degrade his office as well as his person. When we disagree to his official and personal act it must be cordially made and with courtesy. First, the President and his office represent the Philippines, and without doubt with God's blessings and authority. Second, not everyone is destined to be President without God blessings. Third, as President of the Philippines, undoubtedly, he received mandate from the people. Hence, he deserves respect. With respect to saln of government officials and employees we can have access to the aforesaid document if we have case filed in court and upon order/subpoena duces tecum issued by the court. Moreover, if we have filed an impeachment case with congress, and a case filed with the office of the Ombudsman with respect to unexplained wealth by government officials and employees.
