$250K for a condo!!! In Seattle, a condo is probably twice or triple that price. Damn. I might have to move back to Virginia. I went to high school in Radford. Class of 1985.

Despite the homes at Wyatt Farms appearing to be of higher quality, they are almost entirely of prefab construction. Many unsettled issues exist with construction flaws which were never corrected.
