I think it's much better writing, a better show in general, since it became the Tonight Show. I love when Jimmy laughs at the guests. He's engaged, he doesn't sit there and act bored, he gets into it. Love it.

In time Jimmy will get better at this - Conan started off pretty bad but now he's the best of the best in my opinion. Jimmy needs to be more natural and relaxed because this fake surprise and laughter is killing ALL OF THE THINGS
