Show your opponent your back on take away and follow through for better core rotation...Hit the ball one full second earlier on the rise and push with your legs off of the ground to gain much needed clearance over the net like your opponent is doing...breath out on impact....

All good. Can u Hit like that throughout the match, for about 1.30-2.0 hours? Nope. Bcz the quality will drop, as well as intensity. Hitting in tennis should be about 60/70%. When needed, pulling the trigger. For a winner. At least this how they teach here, in Barcelona.
