Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell took the traditional walk at the annual symposium in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. This year he was joined by Vice Chair Lael Brainard and New York Fed President John Williams.
In his keynote speech, Powell warned that policy rates must rise and then stay high for some time, echoing a series of statements earlier in the day from his Fed colleagues that rates must become restrictive until prices begin to cool.

Must be really annoying not being able to take a walk and enjoy nature without all those cameras tracking every move

His walk suggests only one thing, resignation.
Meaning, the acceptance of something undesirable but inevitable.

They are gentlemen. They have the lady in the middle rather than, da gangsta at the retreat, Chair Powell.

Mr Jerome Powell will stroll along the Jackson Hole town with his well-fed bear. The WS investors turn red from end to end.
