The amount of time I listened to this is unhealthy, but I say it's healthy...I literally had to write all these dimensions down so I can cross check myself and improve where necessary. This is a big deal for me, and everyone.
Anyone reading this, do not loose hope in yourself because you can begin anywhere, right now and continue learning and unlearning along the way. There is no easy way out. And that doesn't mean it cant be done.
