This is a perfect introduction to the idioms in a very difficult poem I'm teaching. Thank you!

I'm a middle school English teacher and just want to tell you how excited I am to find your videos.  Thank you so much! English is one of the subjects I have to have fun with to ensure my students enjoy.  You've just made my job so much easier.

WHY do they include, at around 1:50, 'to keep an eye on somebody'? - it has almost a literal meaning, in fact when you watch someone attentively, you keep both your eyes on them, so it's not an idiom any more than keep quiet or you actually keep working is!! I wonder how much else they are supposed to be teaching us is also wrong and WHY would they wanna do that in the 1st place?
