They should've left the extra cabinet wetbar out and expanded that area just 2 or 3 feet for a small bistro table and chairs. It has some interesting features. Overall it's too small for me. Too bad there's no balcony because often an outdoor space makes a small apartment palatable

Yeah its $372k for an apartment in NYC technically, however, what they won't tell you is the that the HOA fees for a place like this easily can be $1000 - $2000+ a month.

Bathroom size is not proportionate to the size of the apartment.Would prefer a small bathroom and a bigger living room or actual hallway.
