Karp sale looked like and option buy and immediately Sold the option shares. These are his normal shares he has "preferred" shares that allow him to control the company. He has never sold them. So looks like he sold his SBC but kept everything else.

Enjoy your channel and the info you provide. I do disagree with you about CW. Example: As a trader I have paid close attention to what she does with Tesla stock. Every time she has sold substantial amounts of Tesla I followed her lead and did the same ... and every time she has sold Tesla stock tanked a few days later. Every time she repurchases the stock it has gone up a few days or weeks later. As a trader she does quite well. Mark my words Cory a few days or weeks from today PLTR will tank and I believe it will go down to $25.00 maybe even $20.00 a share. She sold PLTR as a trade while holding a good amount as an investment ...same with TSLA.
Guess we will see.

Karp has scheduled sells regardless of stock price. I believe that’s how he pays himself. He just said recently, he expects pltr to 10x so he’s not bearish. Maybe selling shares at this point is bullish because he knows he won’t need a million shares to be filthy rich like he already is. He also has Founder shares that probably aren’t included in the total you pulled up. I could be wrong.
