What an awesome design, so simplistic and efficient. Thanks for this video, cheers

Nice little punch. I managed to pick up a Sargent and Greenleaf 1045 (Schlage) punch. It cleaned up real nice but it needs a bit more work and possibly a few springs.

I love that series... Very cool to see a review (of sorts)/demo/explanation of all those machines/tools, combined with the tips as the cherry on top. Keep 'em coming... :)

I use to have one of those years ago. Shoulda hung on to it. My sfic keys weren’t always consistent but still there were ways to make up for that. Hawley Lock Supply used to occasionally get parts for them. Thanks for sharing!

I just acquired another one of these but need to locate parts. I see the knob is FF and the plate is 108, the key tip stop is 125, but what is the punch and Die part number for A2? Hawley lock mostly only has parts for the mk1 (the blue one). Thanks!

Cool machine. I've been on the lookout for one, but who knows, maybe one day. You mentioned as set up for A2 that it can also cut Premium keyways. Do you just have to slam harder for the thicker blanks? Does it cut all W* keyways, including reversed like WD and WE? Anyway, thanks for the video.

If I mailed you some blanks and a bit code, do you think you could cut them for me? I'd obviously compensate you for your time.

I have a Exacta MK 1 with 6 spaceplares (104-104, 114 ). 3 depth knobs, 3 punch & die assemblies, 3 key inserts, and 8 key stops.
