If the players watched the drone footage, then the deduction should stand. These are not ten years old, they are women, and if they were given information that they knew came to them in a fraudulent manner, they have to own it.

The coach and assistants HAVE to be fired - surely!! And the team quite rightly has to be penalized with the loss of points.

they should have two olympics, all cheat, and no cheat, as much steroids and drones as you want, and one that is the strictest possible where the team gets the boot, no questions asked, no appeals...

I feel for the players. However I doubt this appeal will be successful. A lesson needs to be learned here. If we don't pay it others will try to it and get away with it
