Elsa Post Op - Another Medical Case - Mammary Tumor & Heartworms

We crossed paths with this sweet girl at the shelter. She suffered from a rather large Mammary Tumor as well as heartworms. She is one of a handful of medical cases we are dealing with at this current time. Rescue is hard ... but dogs like Elsa need our help!
