Been trying making stairs with array modifier, extruding, booleans, and in all cases it ended up far from ideal and requires editing to be able to do more adjustments on the stairs, so Thanks a LOT for this, it seems the bevel tool got more to it that I thought

One additional tip, since this will not create stairs with more steps than you define in the custom profile, is to keep bevelling the newly created edges, effectively subdividing each step into more steps using the same custom profile.

you should mention all shortcut key in text formet on screen when are you using shortcut key because your voice hearing properly.

Sorry to bother you, if for example i want to add a certain texture, cause the stairs im doing have to look cyberpunk but just like a uvmap texture, what can I do'?

You can also do, CTRL + R, scroll up so you have 4 loop cuts and extrude them out

it does not work at all for me when i do it it just makes the cube go haywire in weird shapes
