Developing and Using Your Own Online Course Design Rubric

DESCRIPTION: Many institutions have created their own online course design rubrics based on high impact practices, teaching and learning research, and pedagogical initiatives. These rubrics range from concise and succinct to broad and comprehensive. Regardless of the rubric's breadth, online teaching and learning professionals benefit from learning from each other's rubric designs. This is a presentation of a rubric created by an instructional designer that contains DEI, UDL, and TILT frameworks. Participants will learn from and collaborate with peers.
