The whole point of the big bang event was to showcase how Fortnite is now transitioning from a Battle Royale to a Metaverse. Lego Fortnite (Dec 7th), Rocket Racing (Dec 8th), and Fortnite Festival (Dec 9th) are all upcoming gamemodes. Eminem was part of it but it was not classified as a concert.

Fun fact: The reason why the lyrics just… stop, is because Epic wanted to keep it family friendly so they removed all swears/offensive things in the song, thats why you hear:

This event never meant to be a concert, it was said to be a cinematic event to showcase their metaverse project and transitioning to chapter 5
Eminem was always meant to be a small part of the event
