1. Shirou Emiya (duh)
2. Artoria Saber
3. Rin Tohsaka
4.Archer
5. Gilgamesh (maybe)

I put Gil at a maybe because while he is the main antagonist of the UBW route I don't think he has as much priority as the 4 above him. I see him more as a boss than a playable character but anything is possible so maybe.
