Anthony Muobike, a 14-year-old from Edmonton, spent every spare moment outside his home, dribbling a basketball. The rhythmic thumping echoed through the neighborhood, and with each bounce, Anthony couldn't shake the feeling that his neighbors were growing annoyed. He worried that the constant noise might be disturbing their peace, especially at night. Still, he practiced, feeling uneasy whenever he caught a neighbor’s gaze.
