Does the transfer paper stick to the shirt? For me my shirt designs feel like it’s paper on the shirt, do you know how I can fix that? :)

So how do you sublimate to one sided brushed fleece without permanently flattening the pile (on the back is the brushed pile the smooth no pile side is the sublimation side like hoodie fabric 100% polyester)
Anything that is even slightly pushing the fabric causes it to be flat and never regains its spongy feel, no washing, no brushing and the lighter you go with pressure the more uneven the press is. The back is always closer than the front. I know this evens out the more pressure but i want vibrant transfer of ink no ghosting but full integrity of the fabric. I get flattened top half and perfect fabric pile on bottom but poor transfer even taped. (Adhesive spray is horrible it blocks maximum sublimation). So how do you get kiss pressure evenly front and back WITHOUT flattening pile??
