Vitap Alpha

Vitap Alpha demo. This is an older unit but still serviceable. They save a lot of time in cabinet operations. The main reason you'd want to use a machine like this is to get excellent alignment between two joined boards. There is this idea that plywood is flat and it just isn't true. However, if you have four or five dowels for alignment you can fix the slight curves that make joining plywood a nightmare. If you have as little as 1/32" of stickout then you'll have to sand off the first layer of the plywood and this complicates painting greatly.
