I have noticed that you are starting to have more to say and what you said in this video was really inspiring. I know you type it out because you’re keeping with the ASMR though like the time that you sang a little without thinking (which was very relaxing) you could talk quietly or whisper. I don’t know about everyone else but I had to rewind and keep pausing so that I could read and I did because I want to hear what you have to say. Okay, so I read what you said at the end about what people may think of the result. I think that wastage couldn’t be further from the truth. You were so right when you talked about the effect that it had on the inner self. A friend /colleague of mine and myself have started journaling at work in our free time. We work in mental health and it helps us be in a better space for our patients. I can happily say that your videos inspired us both to get into the realm of aesthetic journaling. I wanted to thank you for your advice about experimenting. I use scrapbooking as a form of therapy because I lost the ability to do all the other things that I used to do to distract myself from pain. I bought many many beautiful things and now I feel kinda overwhelmed because, 1) I'm a beginner, I'm nowhere near the kind of beauty that you and others like you can achieve. 2) i'm afraind I'll just waste things. 3) I don't know where to begin from. I have been doing a little bit of this by doing bookmarks or cards, now i bought a journal and I'm a bit scared of the white page.
