As a Miami resident for about 50 years now, I can personally tell you that anything that was showed here (other than Little Havana), you would have to be well off, very well off, or rich to afford any rentals or have a mortgage there.
Even the surrounding cities of the metropolitan Miami area have caused rental and home prices (including my home) to go up substantially.
And one more thing, living ANYWHERE near the coast or near water (lake, river, ocean) like in the downtown area, Miami Beach, etc, you are going to pay the price!
