According to some reviews, most of the new freelancers fail bkz:
1. the freelance market place is already saturated
2. people select freelancing, when they are left with no other option of earning
3. it is very difficult to get orders with new profile having "Zero" or very limited review and raking stars
4. The world is growing fast and new freelancers are unaware of being updated
5. in the learning courses provided and in the freelance market place there are some times differences of scenarios
6. Employers most of times rely on previous freelancers, instead of hiring new ones

Exactly sir. My father who spent many years with these western people often used to tell us a story of a strange thing he saw there. That even the driver there only limits himself to only driving the car. Wo gari pe kapra bhi ni marega.. yahan tak k gari k pas chowkidari bhi ni karega. If you ask him why you left the car alone... he'll reply "im not a guard"
Thats the reason they prefer us asians for many things. The task should be done more without any extra charges. inshAllah one day you'll become a bigger person than your employer himself.

Sir what is marketing?...which thing exactly the inventor of the word marketing named as marketing?..Please tell me if possible...because everyone have their different answers..but the answer must be only one because the inventor of the word marketing would have named only one thing or activity as marketing...so i don't understand why there are different answers when we talk about the word marketing...like we don't have different answers when someone asks what is eating or walking...please guide me sir if possible..
