I use Lucky Perms on my server. It might not have a chest gui, but it has a website where you can edit permissions on (way better than a chest gui in my opinion). Another good video Stifflered

does this easy backup plugin also allow for automatic backups? because there are other free alternatives that let you do it manually, but it's probably best to have it automated for instance for every 12 hours or such

You dont need a backup plugin.. Just type /save-all - /save

Overall, I don't think ultra permissions should be on here. While it can tell you what permissions a plugin has, this feature isn't worth the premium cost. Luck perms has a lot of features ultra permissions doesn't have and its free. Other plugins you should consider are cratesreloaded, head database, shop (by snowgears), and myitems or mmoitems.
