Micro RC Remote Controller 2.4GHz and IR (Arduino based)
Показать описание
This the prototype of my new free open source Arduino RC controller project. Features:
- 2.4GHz radio mode (10 vehicle addresses selectable)
- Lego Powerfunctions IR mode for "blue" and "red" motor (4 channels à 2 motors selectable)
- Arduino Pro Mini 3.3V / 8MHz Microcontroller
- DRV8833 Motor driver in the car
- NRF24L01 2.4GHz radio modules
- 4 analog channels for standard RC servos
- 4 digital channels (2 buttons & 2 joystick buttons)

Some links above are affiliate links. You can support the channel, if you use them. There are no additional costs for you. Thanks, guys!
Suitable for:
- Coke Can Cars
- cheap RC cars without steering servo
- self balancing robots
- big RC cars with ESC and steering servo
I also use this system in a JLB Racing Cheetah, which is super fast and runs about 80 km/h !
After more than a year of further development, this system can now do a lot more:
- Proper PCB from OSH Park (board files on my GitHub)
- MRSC (Micro RC Stability Control). This system uses an MPU-6050 gyro / accelerometer in the car. Very useful on gravel and for smooth drifts
- OLED screen shows transmitter and receiver data
- CNC milled housing
- 2 channel „Car Style“ version
- Infrared support for MECCANO vehicles
- Running on an Atmel AVR Atmega 328P CPU, 8 an 16MHz supported
- Atari PONG game included
- Transmitter tester with graphical feedback on the OLED
- 2.4GHz radio mode (10 vehicle addresses selectable)
