I've said it before and I'll say it again: Conan is, by a mile, the best American talk show *interviewer* out there. He just lets the interview go with the flow and he's so quick on his feet that even weird or obscure guest interviews end up being great and putting a smile on everyone's face. This was one of Carson's more underrated strengths, and it's sorely lacking in any other late night show host in America today.
