We just have some southern portions of Hjaalmarch to finish off to complete our exploration of the hold. Heading back to Morthal from Whiterun, we head to the mountain pass that leads up to Eldersblood Peak. On the way up naturally the dragon there aggros us and we have to take him down. Now we've already explored this pass from the first stone archway up to the peak itself, but one thing we haven't explored is Cold Rock Pass, whose northern entrance lies on the pass and whose southern entrance lies just above Rannveig's Fast.
Cold Rock Pass itself is just a single cavern with an ice troll and some loot. We exit to the south side and head around the mountains until we come to Drelas' Cottage. Some time ago when we were exploring Whiterun this was the northern limit of our exploration. The boundary between Whiterun and Hjaalmarch lies somewhere in the mountains north of here, so we start exploring from the cottage northward, traversing the mountain pass that leads us down to a snowy forest on the south side of the Hjaalmarch road. There's a dragon mound here but not much else. On the west it borders the pass up the mountain where we began, so we explore eastward all the way to the path that leads from the main road up to Labryinthian. That's where we'll pick up next time.
