PRO TIP!!!!
✅if your tortillas break while rolling that means that your tortillas are not hot enough for this wrap a stack of at least 10 tortillas in paper towel or place in ziplock bag and microwave for 1 minute or use the comal and heat them up
✅if your taquito unwraps seal them with taquito glue( mix 1 tbsp all purpose flour and 1 tbsp water) I never do this because I never have an issue but you can do that or use toothpicks ☺️
✅enjoy while hot
✅if you want the salsa to be spicy add more Chile serranos this salsa is not spicy at all because we use Anaheim peppers that tone down the heat along with a lot of broth
✅keep in mind the salsa will thicken up and change color as it sits out tbh it tastes better the next day 😅
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken breast
1/4 onion
Salt to taste
chicken bouillon(optional)
3 small russet potatoes
2 tbsp butter
Black pepper
2 tbsp APF
Cotija cheese (optional)
Oaxaca cheese or Monterey Jack
Corn tortillas
For my lazy rice:
Oil for frying
1 1/2 cup long grain rice
Piece of chopped onion
1/2 chopped tomato
8 oz tomato sauce
3 cups of broth
For the salsa:
2 jalapeños
2 Anaheim peppers
2 serranos(optional)
7 tomatillos
2 garlic cloves
Handful of cilantro
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Salt to taste
1 serving of love 💕
