To anyone wondering what happened to Goblin Shredder, here is the explanation:
Shredder has Bloodstone with 22 charges. Assuming that his respawn time is 80, he would have no respawn time due to BS. He respawned IMMEDIATELY. But if you look closely, he died while using his hook. Therefore, he respawned with the hook still attached to the tree and he arrived to where the hook landed.

Ya that's the same thing I was thinking, and it's proven by how the camera panned a little toward the Scourge fountain before going back to where Shredder ended up after the chronosphere.

Alright for people who don't understand the credit with the respawn of Goblin Shreadder. IMO, This is what I think. He had 24 charges on bloodstone, which is an instant respawn. Shreadder was pwnt by Necrolyte as the shreadders use the skill Timber chain. So as he died during the cast of TImber Chain, he respawned from fountain but the chain was still casted which caused the hero back to the death position he was. Just think of it like Wisp/Pudge combination. Sorry, not sure if I made sense!!

He actually died and respawned in the fountain, but he died while traveling with Timber Chain, so he was transported to the tree. Kinda the like Pudge+Whisp combo, the Huskar+Xin incidents, etc.
