I just got this plunger and it works quickly and amazingly. It's the first plunger I've used that didn't make me want to gag.
It's not useful as a toilet cleaner. I prefer to use a separate silicone brush for that.

Here to confirm, I watched this video in the store before I bought it, and after seeing all these comments I still thought my case would be the unlucky one that it didn’t work for and NO! It legit worked after the second time doing the plunging action…. I’m amazed. I had this toilet out of commission for a whole day before I got this and nothing else was working 🙆🏾‍♂️

I just used this, it only took a few strokes (less than 5, probably did it within 1 or 2). I don't know why some ppl have prbs w it. I have some tips:
1. BEFORE doing anything else, place a saranwrap film on the bowl to prevent any splash back, leaving a gap where the handle is sticking out at the front end;
2. the tip is obviously screwed in, so you should only be doing back-and-forth thrusting motions, no twisting, esp not counter-clockwise or else there will be danger of it unscrewing; and
3. don't jam the thing in forcefully, just push it into the hole w regular motion and pull out, it should be snug and hit the back as much as possible and then pull, the suction will be there (follow the instructions/diagram, it should go in at an angle and the tip shouldn't be bent too much.

Good luck, I'm definitely a believer as it was so easy to unclog w this tool.

I tried the dish soap and hot water but it did not work this time. Next I tried the pleated plunger, also did not work. The shroom worked on the second attempt. both times were easy, less than a minute. Thank you.

I'd be afraid of that thing breaking off in the trap and then you have an even bigger problem.

I wonder if the squeegee functionality is for the walls of the trap that it is going down? Perhaps for gunk buildup to open it back up to factory widths if it was grimed up on the walls? Just a thought

I bought one today for my toilet, it was easy no crazy jolting and water splashing. Cleared my clog instantly. At first I doubted it but it works.

My 13 year old daughter clogs the toilet just every time she goes. Last time I got winded using the plunger..first time that ever happened..it just would not go. I did a search and got one of these. Came today. I can't say I am looking forward to using it. You are lucky you have test material. I will have the real thing. Hoping it works. Its definitely longer than it needs to be does not stand up straight in the holder. I plan on rinsing mine in the shower after each use, which I also do with my regular one. I honestly think this is why my older daughter is reluctant to go away to college...I will not be there to unclog the toilet. She will be screwed.

This works….so our toilet was clogged pretty good, I went to Walmart and found this thing and figured I’d give it a try….I tried using a regular plunger several times but the clog didn’t budge..I even bought a product from green gobbler that said it would declog our toilet …but then I tried this thing out and it immediately fixed the clog. Very happy with it, especially since I don’t have to pay a plumber

I’ll be damned. I bought one this morning cause someone effed up my toilet. At first it looked hopeless. I did as you did in the video, flushed l, then the toilet filled to the brim. Fear and panic began to set in… oh no, what do I do? Well I let the toilet recede a little bit. Then when I had enough clearance, I took this device and gave it the ole college try one more time. Then I shoved my long black plunger right into that dirty white hole… shoved it in as hard and powerfully as I could without causing anyone damage… thrusting in and out 5-7 times… then BOOM!!!! sweet release. I can confirm, this thing works… I need a drink…

I clogged my tolite daily its a pain in the my plunger just broke right now while my tolite is clogged so I am looking at this and hope it works
