The nail cutter is a hybrid lever. Upper side where you press is a second class lever. And the bottom side (tong part that cuts the nail) is the third class lever.

Great video. I was trying to figure out what type of lever the Zamboni's dump take is. It seemed like a second class lever but I thinks its a third class because of where the lift points are. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I disagree with the nail-clipper example. It's real a second class lever on top of a third class lever. The load of second class is the effort of the third class.
