We know there will be some change when we get back to work. How do leaders manage and implement these changes while still taking care of their most valuable resource - their employees? Leading Whole-System change requires a special form of leadership. It’s called conscious leadership. At all times leaders are required to think about 4 alignments in – how we show up, live our values, work together, to achieve our vision.
These opportunities and challenges will be impacting all parts of an organization, hence the name we give this form of change management is Whole-System Change. This is when you, me, everyone is impacted.
