Easily found the answer to my question. I was so annoyed that after the update my apps were all gone from my screen one day. My apps that I had beautifully setup just to find it in my Sleep Focus😠. But now I understand how to get it out of there and how to add specific things on my page for my work focus. Thank you! 🙏🏽
