This was a great eye opener. Looking back, I can say I recognize a lot of those moments, but never put them into the marketing aspect 100%.  This provided great clarity in that matter.  Thanks!

Many new business opportunities fail quickly by not doing what I articulate as "The Heavy Lifting". One must have and understand customer focused business model and focused customer targeted purchasing behavior. Without either or both future success will be questionable. Thank you for the invite. So is that what we're dealing with when patients shop for surgery online? How many micro moments in the online search for a surgery package? When do they happen: time of day, day of week? Is this like Erica's search for a mortgage?
