Last year, I started removing all branches below my lowest cluster of tomatoes. The theory is that the energy/resources are then sent up to the tomatoes as opposed to the non-productive lower leaves, plus it reduces fungal diseases. Worked pretty well. I've had great success propagating plants from the suckers! Ty for the info! :D

Hi Tim, I saw your comment about using the onion and garlic skins, you mention ferment those skins for 24 hours, and spray the plants for spider mite, I am not sure what does it mean by ferment, and you explain more how to do it, and how much onion and garlic skins to use. thank you

Also, my cherry tomato plant doesn't have much tomato, and the leaves feels dry, but yellow, do you know what is growing on with my plant? thank you

I usually just prune to remove unhealthy looking nodes, but I guess I should be cutting off more.
