James Webb Peered Into Uranus. New Incredible Findings.

What if I told you that “URANUS”…had rings?
I mean, Uranus, the planet.
NASA's James Webb Space Telescope recently snapped a cool pic of this blue planet. It’s showing off its rings in a whole new light, especially the Zeta ring—apparently, the shy one closest to Uranus.
Oh, and the telescope didn't stop there. It also managed to capture 14 out of Uranus' 27 moons doing their thing. Fancy names like Oberon, Titania, and Puck, they're all there, putting on a celestial dance. These will be the main characters of today’s video.
Uranus has got a speedy 17-hour day, so everything's moving around like crazy—storms, moons, you name it. The Webb telescope did some fancy exposure blending to get the perfect shot and catch all those dynamic details.
But wait, there's more! Webb's super-sensitive lens even caught a few background galaxies, showing up as these orange smudges. Plus, there are two bigger, fuzzier galaxies just hanging out, completing the whole interstellar vibe. Pretty neat, right?
Follow me in this video to get to know all about our neighbor in space!

They know exactly what they were doing with this title. 😂🤣

I don’t care how much Webb cost, it has only been in operation (actual astronomy sciencing) for less than 2 years and has provided brain blasting images and science. It’s astounding and at times almost unbelievable! The fact that it still has at least another 10 years of propellant (20-30 if used conservatively) makes this one badass space telescope!

Best title. I always thought it silly Uranus was a gaseous wonderland.

With that title, the comment section could be amazing.

How does an ice cap sit on a planet made of gas? I’ve never seen an ice sheet resting on gas.

What? Is James Webb a proctologist? ;)

The 'trying to be funny' narration is annoying...

Any updates on the magnetic field offset? Any basis for believing the core itself might be offset?

I didn't think James Webb was that good🥸

Wow, Miranda. Saw that on the movie Serenity. Fun movie though.

Nice "behind" at the beginning 😉

Idk in English. But in Spanish is not as confusing, because there are stars and natural satellites, and not suns and moons
