Been doing low carb with intermittent fasting. I've dropped 40 pounds. I've stopped snoring. I don't wake up tired anymore. After all the carbs are out of your system, it's a lot easier to do intermittent fasting.

This diet is for people with auto immune disorders. Reducing carbs reduces inflammation in the body. The reason it does especially for Americans is the preservatives we have in our food are terrible for a normal person. But they are detrimental to someone with an auto immune disorder. So for someone who feels terrible from eating normally this diet can help. Other wise small amounts of carbs are fine especially if working out constantly.

Good job! I would suggest have some rare beef next to the crispy. The more it's cooked the less nutrients, so if you have both then you get both. Also, dont listen to people who say carnivore isn't healthy. I was diabetic and now I'm not thanks to carnivore. Thanks and good luck!!

Nice, I did the carnivore diet for 30 days and loved it, honestly never felt better and felt all the benefits you listed. I didn't find it sustainable long term as I honestly just wanted to be able to enjoy carbs sometimes but good for you. Don't let the haters who have no idea what they're talking about put you down.

Love this so much! Usually people want the beef more rare vs. well done, but we're all different and that's fine. I do carnivore and sleep like a baby. Down 40lbs in 6 months. Carnivore for life!

I am lion diet too. Max nutrients with rare as vitamins nutrients are depleted with heat. I don't use air frying as the heat is too hot. Only cast iron. I cook low and slow for burger and only sear the sides for steak. Great job. I hope you stick with it. It has helped me so much.

1. You are missing carbohydrates like glucose and fructose. An average woman needs about 2000-3000 a day to have enough energy. (Between 40-70% of your whole energy comes from carbohydrates) so you end up needing that sleep to get that lacking energy, you also feel best in the morning as that is when your energy will be the most of the day. But you’ll feel pretty tired in the evenings.
2. Again, you’re mostly getting iron, fat and protein through the meat. Not many other nutrients, these tend to fill you up for a longer period if time, but are not very sustainable in the long run. If it’s out, it’s out. It helps with the building of your muscles, but isn’t really sustainable for healthy organs functions.
3. This is probably because your food palette is quite monotonous, craving another way of cooking the meat most probably isn’t your body telling you to cook it differently, but eat different things as well. By cooking it differently you’re mostly just tricking your brain into thinking you’re eating something else.

I’m going to say this again: this is jot a healthy diet at all.

Texture surely gives it an almost different flavor. Like Jordan Peterson says, he just drinks water but switches it from fizzy waters and club sodas. They're the same but not the same

I just eat one meal a day. That long fast helps control my weight a and the reduced calorie intake.

Comment section is flooded with self righteous opinions backed by a 10sec Google search. My favorite is the body needs carbs, lol. Nothing "essential" is in plants or carbs which can NOT be found in meat OR the body can't convert to satisfy it's need. We can go our entire life perfectly healthy without 1g of carbs.

This is absolutely an effective diet. You are starving the yeast in your body. You aren't eating any processed sugars, which feed inflammation. Its great for autoimmune disorders. But it is not for everyone.

Total texture thing. I’m liking my steaks rarer and rarer but I’ll also make super crispy jerky that crunches like chips. Just depends on the day.

i am carnivore 12 months now. this is all true. i eat once a day and i feast like a lion lol. i can not put weight on and energy all day long and straight to sleep. this is how we all should eat. bin the rubbish from the store!

I'm on the carnivore diet and when I eat beef I'm like you it has to be well done. I eat alot of bacon and the beef being well done has a texture like crispy bacon. Like you my sleep has improved and like you when I'm hungry, I'm hungry. I've lost 60 lbs and my health has improved, like your videos. That's my thoughts have a good day.
